Abstract
Seeks views on Scottish Government proposals to replace the Draft Scottish Planning Policy principal policies on 'sustainable economic growth' and 'sustainable development' with a principal policy on 'Sustainability and Planning' and introducing a presumption in favour of sustainable development into the SPP.
