Abstract
Sets out the details of the consultation on the draft national networks national policy statement (NN NPS) which seeks views on whether the NPS adequately sets out the need for development of nationally significant infrastructure projects on the national road and rail networks, the government’s proposals to address that need and detailed guidance on how impacts of developments are to be assessed and impacts mitigated.
