Abstract
Provides guidance on requirements which apply to appeals made to Scottish Ministers in relation to decisions on applications and enforcement action in various planning case types. The planning case types in question include: planning permission (other than local review cases), planning obligations, good neighbour agreements, certificates of lawful use or development, listed building consent, conservation area consent, advertisement consent and tree replacement notices. The procedures cover the notice of appeal, the content of such notices and accompanying information, the timescales for making an appeal and the procedures for considering an appeal.
