These Regulations and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2013 shall be construed as one and may be collectively cited as the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2013. These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended) to prescribe Irish Water as a prescribed body for the purposes of plans and proposed development under the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended).
