Abstract
Outlines the Scottish Government position in relation to key issues relevant to the review of the SPP as of January 2014. Intended to support the Scottish Parliament’s consideration of the Proposed NPF3. The key issues identified are significant in that they attracted a high number of responses to the consultation, are topics of prominent interest or are complex to address.
