Abstract

Provides guidance for the management of Japanese knotweed, looking at legislation, inspection and site assessment, monitoring and mapping, biosecurity and preventing the spread on and off site, developing a management plan, use of herbicides, contaminated material transport, geotextiles, winter cane removal, replanting disturbed soil, waste management, warranties and costs.
