Abstract
Describes the requirements for quality management systems (QMS) to be established by suppliers of paving grade bitumen and interprets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and other various paving grade bitumen and polymer modified bitumen standards. The Scheme is applicable to Suppliers of paving grade bitumen hot in bulk from a refinery, terminal or intermediate storage.
