Abstract
Comprises the Partial Regulatory Impact Assessment for the consultation on a new strategic planning policy statement for Northern Ireland. Concludes that the impact of the policy on other regulations and on business is proportionate and appropriate to the contribution of the SPPS in delivering a reformed planning system for Northern Ireland.
