Abstract
Comprises the proposed National Planning Framework 3 (NPF3), which is the spatial interpretation of the Government economic strategy. The proposed NPF3 sets out the Scottish Government's ambition for Scotland to become: a successful, sustainable place; a low carbon place; a natural, resilient place; and a connected place. Fourteen national developments are proposed to help deliver the strategy.
