Summarises the results of the 2013 consultation looking at the reforming the framework for building regulations, guidance, local codes and discretionary technical housing standards, aiming to reduce bureaucracy and costs. The consultation covered the following topic areas: accessibility, space, security, water efficiency, energy, indoor environmental quality, materials and process and compliance.
