Abstract
Specifies requirements and test methods for electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters with a maximum speed not exceeding 15km/hr intended to carry one person whose mass does not exceed 300kg. Also provides specifications for manual wheelchairs with add-on power kits used for propulsion, and for battery chargers for wheelchairs and scooters.
