Abstract

Specially written for construction clients and their professional teams as guidance to inform Soft Landings processes for both new build and refurbishment projects. It is important that clients and project teams recognise that the five stages of Soft Landings are interdependent; 1: Inception and Briefing, 2: Design Development, 3: Pre-handover, 4: Initial Aftercare, and 5: Extended aftercare.
