Abstract
Seeks views on a policy for securing developer contributions towards affordable housing in Northern Ireland. When published in final form, the policy provisions of this PPS will supersede policy 'HS2 Social Housing' contained in PPS12 ‘Housing in Settlements’. As a consequence, PPS12 paragraphs 50, 51 and 52 will also be superseded.
