Abstract
Comprises the National Planning Framework 3 (NPF3), the spatial expression of the Government Economic Strategy, which sets out a long-term vision for development and investment across Scotland over the next 20 to 30 years. NPF3 sets out the Scottish Government's ambition for Scotland to become: a successful, sustainable place; a low carbon place; a natural, resilient place; and a connected place. Fourteen national developments are proposed to help deliver the strategy.
