Abstract

To consolidate legislation relating to explosives and to acetylene, bringing about new prohibitions, amendments, safety requirements and how the regulations should be applied consistently. The aim is to ensure risk are controlled and reduced when dealing with explosives and compressed acetylene gas (and acetylene in other forms).
