Abstract
Delivers the response analysis report for the 2013 consultation looking at amending Section 6 (Energy) and supporting guidance. The main issues cover costs, sub-market issues, fabric only/fabric first, consistency of standards across the UK, simplified standards, compliance, timing, alternative to new standards, consumer preferences/behaviour, availability of SAP 2012, design flexibility and consequential improvements.
