Abstract
Relates to SSI 2014/249, which insert a new class (Class VII) into the Schedule of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (Scotland) Regulations 1984 (SI 1984/467). This new class allows the display of certain advertisements on ground based housing for electronic communications apparatus.
