Abstract

Buildings are responsible for 50 per cent of carbon dioxide emissions and their design has become the focus of intense technical scrutiny. Explores in depth the diversity of contemporary debate about sustainable architecture through a variety of different analyses and intentions. Confronts the broader sociological and philosophical questions encouraging a deeper discussion of of sustainable architecture.
