Abstract
Seeks views on the starter homes initiative, which aims to target under-used or unviable industrial and commercial land that has not been identified for housing, to provide discounted homes for first time buyers in both urban and rural areas. Covers planning for starter homes, making more brownfield land available for starter homes and encouraging good design for starter homes.
