Abstract
Presents practical advice and guidance on achieving successful installation of radon-protective measures within large buildings, for example through laying a radon-proof barrier across a large floor area, determining how many sumps to install and how to construct the sump and pipework. Summarises the legal requirements for radon protection. Distinguishes basic and full protection.
