Abstract

Comprises an annex to advice note 4 which sets out advice on how a person ('the applicant') who proposes to make, or who has made a Development Consent Order ('DCO') application under the Planning Act 2008, as amended may apply for authorisation to serve a written notice ('a land interests notice') which requires the recipient to provide information to the applicant about interests in land under s.52 of the 2008 Act. Includes Annex A: Suggested format for 'the table'; and Annex B: Section 52 - checklist.

Document History

Superseded by Annexes to advice note 4 (PINS, 2017). Supersedes Annex A to advice note 4 - suggested format for 'the table' (PINS, 2013). Under the Localism Act 2011, the IPC is abolished with its work being transferred to the National Infrastructure Directorate, created within the Planning Inspectorate. Consequently, all IPC advice notes have been republished by the Planning Inspectorate.
