Abstract
Provides practical guidance for complying with building regulation requirements relating to access to and use of dwellings and introduces three categories for visitable dwellings, accessible and adaptable dwellings and wheelchair user dwellings. Applicable to new dwellings and dwellings undergoing material alterations.
