Comprises guidance which aims to help practitioners deliver satisfactory services to gypsy and traveller communities, including access to jobs, health, housing, education, shops, leisure and facilities. This part specifically focuses on communication, consultation and participation between all stakeholders with an interest in improving the welfare of gypsy and traveller communities.
