Abstract
Relates to SSI 2015/214, which amends the Environmental Liability (Scotland) Regulations 2009 in order to transpose Article 38 of the EU Offshore Safety Directive. Specifically amends the existing definition of water damage in the 2009 regulations and also provides that Scottish Ministers are the competent authority for dealing with water damage.
