Amends the principle regulations. These Regulations, the Building Control Regulations 1997 (SI No. 496 of 1997), the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (SI No. 10 of 2000), the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2004 (SI No. 85 of 2004), the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (SI No. 351 of 2009), Building control (amendment) regulations 2013 (SI No. 80 of 2013), and the Building control (amendment) regulations 2014 (SI No. 9 of 2014) may be construed as one and cited together as the Building Control Regulations 1997 to 2015.
