Explains the necessary arrangements to be in place before piling can commence safely on site, covering set-down area, welfare facilities including sanitary conveniences, washing facilities, drinking water, changing rooms and lockers, food, rest and comfort areas, as well as working platforms, third party protection, segregation for vehicle/pedestrians, underground services, permits to work and environmental factors.
