Abstract
Comprises guidance on the requirements on applications for: planning permission; planning permission in principle; and approval of matters specified in conditions. This covers the pre-application phases (including processing agreements to project manage large or complex applications and requirements on pre-application consultation), the content of applications, neighbour notification and publicity requirements for applications, consultation, time periods for decisions, decision notices and rights to appeal and local review of decisions or failure to take decisions. This revision includes minor amendments and addition of 2 annexes.
