Abstract

Comprises an annex to advice note 3. Advice note 3 explains the approach taken to identifying consultation bodies to be notified by the Secretary of State under Regulation 9 of The Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2009 and where relevant, consulted on the scope of the Environmental Statement (ES) under Regulation 8 of those regulations.

Document History

Superseded by Annex to advice note 3 (PINS, 2017). Supersedes Annex 1 to advice note 3: table of schedule 1 consultees before or on or after 6 April 2013 (PINS, 2013). Under the Localism Act 2011, the IPC is abolished with its work being transferred to the National Infrastructure Directorate, created within the Planning Inspectorate. Consequently, all IPC advice notes have been republished by the Planning Inspectorate.
