Abstract
Comprises guidance on the compulsory purchase process and the Crichel Down Rules, developed in response to legislative changes and case law since 2004. Provides an overview of compulsory purchase generally and also covers: enabling powers; detailed procedural issues and the preparation/service of additional documents; purchase notices; and overview of the Crichel Down Rules.
