Abstract

In Ireland, a new survey benchmarks BIM adoption, and the Supreme Court ruling clarifies B2B contracts. Recent documents added to the service include Chapter 30 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the House and Planning Bill impact assessment, and several new approved documents on toxic substances, ventilation, combustion appliances, and amendments to JCT contracts.
