Abstract
Seeks views on proposed changes to the national planning policy framework (NPPF) focusing on: affordable housing; increasing residential density around commuter hubs; supporting new settlements; supporting housing development on brownfield land and small sites; ensuring housing is delivered on land allocated in plans; and supporting delivery on starter homes.
