Abstract

Comprises annex to advice note 12, looking at the criteria taken into account by the Planning Inspectorate when screening NSIPs for likely significant effects on the environment in another EEA state.

Document History

Superseded by annexes 1 and 2 (PINS, 2018). Supersedes version 4. Under the Localism Act 2011, the IPC is abolished with its work being transferred to the National Infrastructure Directorate, created within the Planning Inspectorate. Consequently, all IPC advice notes have been republished by the Planning Inspectorate.
