Consultation Draft published by the Scottish Government following approval by the RAUC(S) Penalties working group. Version 1.1 February 2010 Minor change following instruction from the Policy Development Group on 07/12/2010. This corrects an error to ensure consistency with the associated regulations. Version 1.2 March 2011 Minor change in preparation for the coming into force of new amendment fixed penalty regulations. Appendix H omitted whilst being reworked. October 2013 All previous changes incorporated. No material changes from Version 1.2. Version 1.3 January 2014 Appendix H updated to reflect change from 60 to 91 days.
