Abstract
Refreshes the 2006 national transport strategy, looking at what has changed since then and whether there is a any need for a fundamental overhaul of the strategy. Restates the 2006 strategy and also covers the strategic context; transport context; transport response to shifting strategic challenges; clearer roles and responsibilities for partnership working.
