Seeks views on reform of the compulsory purchase system, to make it clearer, fairer and faster. Covers: identifying market value, mayoral corporations, transport and regeneration bodies, repealing redundant legislation, fair calculation and payment of compensation, blight notices, land use by local authorities and legislation to bring compulsory purchase orders into operation with a certain time period.
