Abstract
Seeks views for developing statutory guidance relating to coring activities (investigatory work) under Section 72 (1) of the New roads and street works act 1991. Annex A includes the draft guidance, which describes the coring programme, purpose, collaboration, data sharing, costs, remedial works, site selection, time limit, notification and notices and formula.
