Abstract
Provides guidance on planning fees as set down in the Planning (fees) regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (SR 2015/73). Covers: method of payment, method of calculation, exemptions, reduced fees, advertisements, determinations, fees for applications for planning permission for environmental impact assessment (EIA) development and fees for applications for certificates of lawful use or development (lawful development certificates).
