Abstract
Provides good practice guidance on achieving good quality site management on both existing and planned sites for gypsies and travellers. Also provides assistance to local authorities in meeting the requirements of the Mobile Homes Act (Wales) 2013. Covers: site responsibility, working relationships, applications and allocations, site arrivals, pitch agreements, site fees, site maintenance, services and utilities on site, use of the site, behaviour on site, departures, consultation and complaints.
