Abstract

Details findings from the Scottish Inspection Panel 2015 survey of the performance of asphalt surface courses in Scotland, specifically on the trunk road network. The report also compares results with previous surveys and discusses the progress that has been made towards the improvement of long term performance of asphalt surface courses and recommends strategies to ensure this improvement is maintained.
