Comprises the Government's response to the House of Lords Select Committee on National Policy for the Built Environment report on built environment policy in England, which focused specifically on the supply of housing, particularly concerns with poor design quality, poor place-making and unsustainable development as a result of the rush to build as many homes as possible in a short space of time.
