Abstract
Details safety requirements, test methods, marking and documentation for bouldering walls, including the safety zone and is applicable for normal use, but excludes ice climbing, dry tooling, playground equipment and deep water soloing. Safety requirements encompass maximum wall height, impact absorbing material, impact area, connection of modular foam safety mat elements, structural integrity, impact resistance and deflection of surface elements, falling space and bouldering wall surfaces.
