Issued under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, providing practical guidance on how to meet waste duty of care requirements. Covers: scope of the duty of care; waste duty of care requirements for householders and waste holders; other waste laws for waste holders; hazardous waste; producer responsibility regulations; separate collection; landfill; and importing or exporting waste.
