Abstract

Guidance for people who want to achieve both a certified BREEAM rating and WELL Building Standard certification. BREEAM and the WELL Building Institute are working together to make demonstrating compliance with both schemes easier. Credits awarded during a certified BREEAM assessment can be used to demonstrate WELL compliance post occupation and, in some areas, the same evidence can be used to illustrate compliance with both schemes.
