Abstract
Reports on research carried out as part of the review of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) which aimed to provide an evidence base looking at: how much money CIL is raising and what it is, or will be spent on; types of development that are paying CIL; impact of CIL on viability of development; how much money is actually being passed on to communities and how it is administered; extent to which CIL is easier and quicker to operate than individually negotiated section 106 agreements.
