Abstract

Provides advice on the planning process for dealing with proposals for nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs) for members of the public and others. Explains what an NSIP is and provides an overview of the NSIP process as set out under the Planning Act 2008, providing information on how the reader can get involved in the process.
