Abstract
Relates to changes to the criteria for schemes of insurance for approved inspectors, including the necessity of having insurance schemes covering both public liability and professional indemnity insurance cover and making it clear that a run off cover for non-injury claims applies to all buildings not just houses of owner-occupiers.
