Abstract
Comprises a framework for implementing and operating a Clean Air Zone in England. Defines a Clean Air Zone and looks at emission standards, the minimum requirements for a Clean Air Zone, supporting local growth and accelerating the transition to a low emission economy. Also covers what action can be taken immediately to improve air quality and health, as well as the operational standards and requirements for charging within a Clean Air Zone.
