Amends S.I. No. 299 of 2007 to revoke and replace Part X, Regulations 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63 and the twelfth schedule (Notification of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 1993 and bring the reporting of accidents and dangerous occurrences in line with the provisions of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.
