Suitable for use with the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016. Project Packs are specifically produced for use with the 2016 editions of the JCT forms of contract. Contains guidance and a comprehensive selection and sufficient quantity of forms needed to administer a project under the contract in question. The architect/contract administrators instructions forms are not included in this pack but can be used if required.
