Abstract
A specimen of the articles of agreement, agreement and schedule of conditions of building contract to be used where quantities form part of the contract. The updated edition reflects changes by the Construction Contract Act 2013 and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations, plus a range of minor amendments and presentation improvements.
